Quack Quack Quack... Name this duckie

I am not sure on the sex of the duck......but in regards to the taste of duck eggs, once you have baked with them there is no going back..

They improve the texture of things like cornbread, brownies, cakes.....etc, by the way they bind the ingredients together.

When fried like you would for a chicken egg, my husband actually prefers them over chicken eggs. I found the texture to rubbery. But I fry my eggs over hard, and he prefer them over easy. Don't know but that might be a factor.
