Poor thing really took a beating from dear old dad didn’t he?

He most definitely did, poor guy He’s already looking much better than he did earlier this week so I’m hoping for a speedy recovery. I’ve never dealt with anything like this before, but I’m doing everything I can think of! If there’s anything you can think of to aid in a speedy recovery I will definitely take the advice!

Hi it might help in the future if you have a different problem than the OP that you start a new thread. Cuts down on confusion

Mama duck (along with his siblings) started picking on him after he got hurt, so that wouldn’t work.

No never put an injured bird with others
