How many girls and boys do you have together? If your ratio is off, you can have excess feather plucking/stress to the birds. They're old enough now you should be able to sex them via vent (boys will produce foam when you press below vent, girls won't).

Something I didn't know, is that if a female was just recently mounted, it might produce a foam, too. So you may have to test them again to be sure. Also, send us pictures and we can try to help figure it out.
