Quail and Intestinal Worms—Any Ideas?

Erythromycin and oxytetracycline are script from a vet. I think you can get Duramycin from TSC or other feed stores.
If she hasn't died yet, then more than likely it isn't ulcerative enteritis.

Thank you. I did some reading and figured UE would have killed her and made the others ill by this point. She's skinny and isn't laying, but that looks like the extent of her symptoms—no funky poo, no neurological signs, no lethargy/droopiness.

I'm going to worm the whole flock tomorrow and hope for the best. If they get worse or fail to improve a week out, I'll make a vet appointment and see where that gets us. Will update with results, good or bad.

Been racking my brain on this one, no visible signs of a disease, just thin and not laying. Could be some digestive disorder? If your seeing undigested feed in her feces. What could be causing that I have no idea. Best way to find out is a vet visit, and let them perform some tests. :idunnosorry, I haven't been much help.
Do keep us posted! :pop

You've been plenty helpful, all of you! I think I will take poor little Violet in to the vet and let them do a full checkup. And I'll be sure to keep you posted—whether it's something I overlooked or something unusual, there's a learning opportunity in this.
