quail and pheasants??

I have about 100 bobwhite quail and 10 ringneck pheasants in a 20 x 70 flight pen. There have been no problems, but I put them in the flight pen when they were very young so they are used to having each other around. My husband was worried my pheasants would pick on his quail while I was worried his quail would gang up on my pheasants. I'm glad everything has worked out.

We also have a few Bobwhite Quail with our Ringneck Pheasant. When a quail becomes Hudini and won't stay in the quail pen we put them in the pheasant pen bc we know for sure they cannot get out of there. I also agree with Shelley, everyone's situation and how they do things is different. I'm always open for new ideas and love to give advice. But I tell people that what I do works for me so if they want to try it it's always up to them.
