Quail bullying on one quail

Have you noticed that the whites have a weird crow or is that just my whistling to them as chicks? It sounds like slamming the brakes of a car trying to get a parking space.

Thanks for the help guys. Would it work if I took all of them out, put them in separate cages for a week or so then put them all back at once in the original cage?

Anyone else notice that the whites are just more aggressive?

My browns I've had no problem with but the whites? I'm not thrilled with them AT ALL.

I have noticed that the brown ones pick on the whites. DPC Poultry has this same problem with his browns. Well those did come from my birds, but the whites are pretty tame in my expierience. Weird birds I guess.

ROBO HAVE YOU HAD YOUR WATER SUPPLY TESTED RECENTLY???

They get the same stuff I do. Ft. Loudon's finest straight from the tap. But it is high pitched. There are a few birds that crow normally and then do that weird thing. Is that a different call or is it just high pitched?

You May Want To Have That Water Tested Bubba....

Seriously Tho It Just Sounds Like An Individual Peculularity I Havent Noticed It Here In My Flock... Maybe Its A Hereditary Thing,,, You Know Dad Was Brake Squealing Crower... ??? Either That Or Their Pants Are Too Tight???

Well daddy was a high pitched crower, and his kiddies have a heck of a personality for a little bird. They will stand right in front of you and crow in your face. And thanks to the hens the neighbor thinks I breed frogs in the little pond I call a mud puddle. If it was the water I'd think I would be squeaking too.

my whites are extremely high strung, mean and generally an unpleasant group . It seems like any time i have more than 2 in a cage they try to peck each others' eyes out. My M.G.and J.B.s are just the opposite ...very sweet natured and non aggressive.
