quail bullying

I recently started raising quail. So I'm quite new to this. I noticed one of my quail was bullying the other. I pulled the bully out. But the other quail has a puffy eye now. Will it heal itself or do I need to medicate it? TY

I bought 8 baby quail 6 months ago,3 r mail, when I add more the next morning the new males r always dead, I think they're males

You cant just throw new birds in the cage there is a proper process of introducing them. Theyre very territorial and will pretty much always kill bew birds unless you take the time to integrate them

I c that now, they lay hundred eggs a sit but none ever hatch
