quail cannibalism

hi all!
my coturnix quails today starting kill each other and eating feathers. age 3 weeks old.,total 35 quails. please tell me any solution emiditly
i have turned off light for emergency prevention.

9inch approximately per bird, I use commercial layer chicks feed continuously and temperatur about 30C.

About a foot. They need like 28% protein too

ok I'll try to give more space. but a little confusion about protein. what to fed them for protein

It's best to feed them game bird starter at that age. Layer feed is around 10% less protein than growing quail chicks require.

Generally game bird feed has a higher protein content and are sold separately from chicken feed, at least in the US.
