The chick is about 2 weeks old and is the strongest and biggest of all of them yet, and we have 6 other chicks excluding this one. They are housed in a large 40L clear plastic storage container. They have all been doing very well eating and drinking. Today in the morning I found the chick on the floor because he had flown out of his container which was unexpected, because last time we had chicks at 2wks, they couldn't fly up high. I know to learn from my mistake, but the problem is it's whole leg is limp and the broken bone is deep up the thigh. If anyone can help me find solutions to this it would be greatly appreciated, since I really do not want to euthanize it. The broken bone is in the 2nd pic listed. He is eating and drinking completely normally and I already have him separated from the others. He seems to be resting well and I'm giving him extra protein feed to help him hopefully.
