Ok after a crazy hatch of 91 chicks we hae lost a few... not sure why... after research maube genetics..???

My chicks are maybe 1 1/2 weeks old

(Ok after looking at thr calender.... what?!?!? Only a week and a half old!!!!!! Seems way longer!!)
I have one little chick that all of a sudden started walking/sitting on its elbows/knees(????) Its still eating and drinking... still preening and moving arpund the cage(on its knees). Not easily but is still moving about.. falls over every now and then.
Im not too sure on this though maybe some of you have experances with this...
They have all had electrolytes and probiotics in their water when i started loseing some chicks.
Help!!!!

I have no experience with quail, first of all, but with a chick, my first question would be: Is there anything wrong with its feet? Curled toes would be a sign of riboflavin deficiency, in both chickens and quail, and most of your other likely problems stem from vitamin deficiencies as well.

If it's not the feet, it's likely either the muscle or the legbone. What is your feed?

And the final option is disease, against which you're unlikely to be able to do much.

We are new at quail (we have hatched hundreds of chickens)so not sure what the deal with this one is... it was fine until 2 days ago( really weird in my opinion..)
Im not sure it will survive I think it may be have the same fate as the other. We lost like 10 or 13 just randomly and suddenly.
The toes and feet seem fine. And like i said it just happend in the last few days...

After some research, this page may also be relevant.

Folic acid. Folic acid deficiency in growing quail caused poor feathering, high mortality, leg weakness and cervical paralysis. These symptoms were similar to those observed in turkey poults. Quail chicks also suffered from a mild anaemia , and a curled toe syndrome. The folic acid requirement of growing quail was between 0.3 to 0.36 mg/kg casein-gelatin based diet (Wong et al., 1977).
