Quail Chick pictures please?

Sorry I’ve been afk a long time, spring cleaning, and we got a hedgehog, so I’m just swamped. But anyway, can you get a picture from the back so I can see the pattern? I’m thinking Rosetta, scarlet, or sex linked brown messy tux, probably actually somewhere in between rosetta and scarlet or brown. Since range is incompletely dominant, you can get chicks with part range and wild patterns, your chick looks like it has eyebrows, indicating range, but head stripes indicating wild. I have a lovely male who even at 2 years old still has eyebrows, but he also has partial wild stripes down his back, but is otherwise Rosetta.
Ooh a hedgehog! That's fun :)

He got big! Still the smallest of the group but growing fast. I'll be stoked if he ends up somewhere in the rosetta or tibetan range, we lost the other one that looked tibetan or rosetta on Tuesday:(

Yes he is rosetta, which is Tibetan crossed to pharaoh. The barring will fade with time, there will still be some patterning on the feathers but not like they are now. Lemme get a pic of my guy Aragorn.

Here he is, he is the only one of my original 12 (of my first 19, I kept 3 boys and 9 girls) left. As you can see he’s very tame, when he was a chick, we held them all the time, the rest of my birds I usually photo for you guys in a bin or holding them, but Aragorn will stay on a table or lay in my hands, he’s a good boy. He will be 2 years old in may, and currently my only male guaranteed celadon since the massacre.

Approx. How long did you hold him each day? I hatched my own quail and many are very sweet but hate it when their held. Thx,
