I've got a 10' by 12' wooden brooder that has a circular confined area in the middle and brooders all against the back wall that are a couple feet tall. I was wondering if it's ok if I get some cages to put some quail in inside the brooder house without the quail or babies getting sick. Any ideas? The brooder pens are completely sealed other than the tops which have chicken wire over them and a heat lamp. Just don't want any of my babies getting sick

It's a risk but people have raised quail and chickens together, to a certain point at least.

I would rather keep the quail and chickens seperate though.
