Quail Contests!

Hello!
I Haven't been able to really find quail contests and stuff, so here it is!
If you have quail (any breed) then you know they are brilliant little birds, and can have huge personalities!

Any-way... This will be weekly contests or sometimes challenges!
How to enter them:

Picture of your quail

Their name

Age (chick/teen/adult/senior)

And a caption matching the contest/challenge!

First contest: Craziest thing your bird can do

Name: Cinnamon
Age: 5 months
Cinnamon is not the smartest or the friendliest of my Coturnix (actually she is the exact opposite of both) but for at least 7-8 days this summer she laid two eggs a day!
I was surprised to collect 15 eggs from 14 hens. I soon realized that one egg was coated in a thick, rough bloom, and one was very thin-shelled (don’t have any to show, all broke before collecting). She would lay the chalky ones in the early morning and the thin ones in the evening. I’m glad she finally stopped that though, one egg every day is plenty.

First contest: Craziest thing your bird can do

Not too sure on this one. I’ll have to see what others post for ideas.

I did give them a tiny (to me) pumpkin and cut a small hole in it to get them started and the next day it was completely empty. They would have had to get into it to reach the back. I wish I had a camera on them!

Tiny 7 months old born may 31st tiny is nice and kind he likes to fly and run he used to have a brother named flash he died September now he has females to mate with and more Company she is feisty now
