No but another hen had just laid an egg in the background which is why you can hear the egg song going on. Her neck wasn't always like that no, she was hatched fine but about 6 days in her neck was suddenly twisted. I had a lot of dietary issues with my first batch of quail so it came with a multitude of problems. I managed to sort the diet thing out but even with vitamin E supplements for her her neck never fixed. It hasn't stopped her whatsoever though, she's possibly the spunkiest of the flock haha eats and lays fine.
