quail doing summersaults

So 1 of mine is constantly doing front summersaults. Head between legs. Still eating and drinking. Is he sick?

I read something about something like that once before - I'm assuming this is a chick? The one I read about got better, but I'm not entirely certain what they did about it - I assume it had something to do with vitamins and/or electrolytes in the water. How old is this quail? Sometimes if they boink their heads they can suffer some brain trauma and it will cause this type of behavior. It can pass after a week or two, or it may be permanent.
