I don't think you mentioned poop...
Can you get a few pictures of fresh poop?

Sorry it’s not great, they just look like normal solid poops

As long as their poops don't look red I think they just need more time to adjust.
try and see if you can tell, by the amount of oyster shell in the bowl, if they are actually eating it.

You mentioned that they did have lights on them in their previous home... How much light do they receive now?

I’ll try and keep a check on it then and make sure they’re not emptying it on the floor.

Yeah, the guy had lights on for 18 hours. Here I don’t have electricity to the shed yet so they get normal daylight. It’s bright in the shed as the window is SW and the door stays open all day, we’re getting nearly 8 1/2 hours of daylight.
