Quail egg got tiny hole in it but no chirping sound.

Hello, I'm pretty new to this place and eggs hatching all together. I have 2 quail eggs in the incubator right now. Today is the 16th day, I saw a tiny hole or a dent on one egg today, I can see the thin pale unpenetrated membrane too...I think but there's no chirping sound at all, no movement either. Just a small hole that I've never seen there before. I'm getting nervous, is everything okay?

Update: the tiny hole seems to be spreading into a small crack. No sounds or movement yet.

Update: I made a small hole in the egg and within minutes I heard a very weak chirp that grew more energetic after hours. It finally hatched last night. Very tiny.
