Give them a few more days.

X2..... I would just now expect to be see'n a few pips..... If your temp is right you should see pips or chicks in the morning.... It seems they like to stay up late timing their grand entrance all at the same time! Good luck

X3...and their grand entrance is usually about bed time or when you have other plans. Unless there is a full moon, then that's another story!

No pips yet this morning nor any wiggling, I have the temp at 99.5 and the humidity around 80, are those correct settings for the last couple days of incubation?

80 is a bit high... Id open a vent.... but I would almost bet your hydrometer is a little high, they tend to be off a bit.... You can calibrate it like this..... http://www.wikihow.com/Test-a-Hygrometer
In all my bators when I hit around 70% I start to see a little fog on the windows if my temp is right..... So dependable I dont even use a hydrometer anymore. 99.5 is right if your bator has a fan. If its a still air it should be 101.... My question would be exactly when did you set them. Did you write down date a time? Hatch day is easy to miscalculate.....

I got them and put them in the incubator, Friday March 20th, took them off the egg turner on April 4th because it was the 15th day and then I added more water to get the humidity up and I've been waiting ever since and today makes it the 18th day.

Actually If you set them the 20th, then yesterday the 7th was 18 days. Today is 19... , Next thing I would check is your temp. Is you thermometer right... A degree or so off will throw your hatch a bit behind too..... If this is the case, it usually works out fine. You will likely see a few curled toes but normally no real issue. Are they mailed eggs or from local birds? If you dont start see'n pips soon I would begin to wonder myself.... Good luck!
