what do ya'll like to put in your Quail Egg Salads?

you know how I usually do it...celery salt, salt, ground pepper, real simple, maybe some adobo with Hellmans and pickles.

I steam em, takes 7 minutes, then ice water bath., sometimes let em sit overnight in fridge before peeling, sometimes peel and eat.
 
you are a big fan of just putting it on a slice of bread whole...i actually did this one day and my god i finally understand, its perfect bite size with pickles(i used my own spicy pickles that i mademyself

i actually made a remoulade the other day with some spicy pickles and pickled quail eggs....its awesome
 
cooks like 7 chicken eggs or I put some vinyl coated HW cloth it to allow to stack quail eggs, you pour just a shot glass full of water in their and turn it on, 7 minutes later it is beeping.

second best kitchen thing I ever bought, #1 was the old black&decker rice cooker, I bought that back in 94- lasted 15 years and kept me fed thru multi lean years of college
