For future hatches, once the eggs are in lock down, DO NOT PICK THEM UP. just leave them be. I know its hard, but its not great for them, and shipped eggs are already a bit of an issue. Also, if you can find someone to do it, eggtopsy some of the eggs, that will tell you what is wrong with your incubation system.
Just candle before lockdown so you've got an idea of what is growing and what isn't.

Mind you I HATE candleing button eggs, I cant see anything.

Hi all I bought a better torch as a few of my eggs started weeping they where all bad so I'm waiting on my new ones to turn up ?I hope it goes better this time my new set up is running at 100F for 12hrs so far and looking much better my lil fan is working well too I'll keep you posted on my progress.

Good luck!!! And make sure you really clean and disinfect your bator before setting your new eggs where you had weeping eggs. It takes so little bacteria in there to kill a whole batch of eggs!!!

will do and thanks I hope it go better this time my temps are to high at the mo trying to put more holes in where the fan is to get more air in but thats taking my humidity down any suggestions I'm getting stuck for ideas.

well my eggs turned up today the postman must of played football with then as 3 where broken not a good start.

You're not winning are you?

Good luck!

Do you have a thermostat in your bator?? More air holes will not change the temp just means the bulbs run more drying things out even more. If you can try moving your thermostat closer to your bulb. It will turn off sooner with the radiant heat from the bulb sooner and should drop your temp by up to a few degrees and evens out your temperature swings as the light cycles on and off.
