Quail Eggs

I just gathered my first Quail Egg yesterday. How long can it set at room temp. before being placed in an incubator?

24-48 hrs, if you need it to be stored longer the butter tray in the fridge should be about 50 degrees perfect for quail egg storage. do not leave them in there more than 5-7 days if you plan to incubate.

I do plan to incubate if I can get or make an incubator.
