Quail eye mass?

I’ve had this girl for a little over a week now and got her with a big mass under her right eye. It has only gotten bigger, and I have had her separated + saline washes every day for ~5 days now with no improvement.

Do I need to manually remove this? I’ve been trying to avoid that but it seems like the only option at this point. Not sure oral antibiotics would help.

I'd end her suffering.

The eye is full of pus that needs to come out.
Antibiotics would be the best chance at trying to heal the infection after the pus is removed.

You mentioned you've only had the bird for a week. How many birds did you get total from wherever you got this one?

I got 11 birds total, 4 of which were injured. Two with a problem with their leg, one with severe cross beak, and this little one. At this point, it’s more of a rehab situation than anything.
