Quail grit and baths

So I've been having a tough time trying to find a grit for my quail and I haven't found anything that I can get my hands on. Is there any recommendations? Maybe even things that work for your flock that's not nessissarily for birds. Also I'm thinking of getting Chinchilla sand bath( not dust) is that good for quail or is there something better. Thank you for the help

My baby quail only bathe in DE i give them chick flit grit a lot smaller and thinner xx
