Quail Hatch ( Need Help )

So I just woke to find two baby chicks chirping in my incubator. A HUGE SURPRISE considering I only had two eggs and I didn't think they were fertile AND there was a huge blackout where the incubator wasn't working for at least an hour or so. Welp, I guess life will pull through. NOW, a problem and a question. One chick's toe is bent the other way. Like a literally 90 ° angle with her toe bending to the left. Any ideas what to do about that? I think she may have broken it whilst hatching. ALSO, I really wan't prepared for this hatch and the best thing I have for them is pullet grower. I know I should be more prepared but PLEASE I NEED HELP!!

If you can find some gamebird starter. 24 percent protein or higher. Most farm stores should have small bags of it.

For the toe you could try tape or a bandage to keep it straight. But if the birds is not having an issue with it just leave it.

If they just hatched they will be ok for a day or 2 before they need feed
