Quail hatch question....lockdown today, they are in!!

Paper towel, wash cloth or dish towel anything non-slip will do. I use cheese cloth.

Mine usually hatch day 18. I think it has a lot to do with your temperature.

ok,did that as quick as i could....temp dropped to 97 and rising....humidity to 54 and rising~ Husband swore he hear a koo, LOL
Temp as been 99.6 and humidity at 64% until that trama 4, code red, incident.........LOL

So what kind of quail are there that you're hatching?? If they are bobwhites like mine they take 23 days, stop turning at the end of day 20.

they are jumbo courntix. one hatched this morning, it's so cute!
