Yes, try and give her some vitamins like save-a-chick in her water. Keep me posted. Is she eating and drinking okay? I’ve heard that apple cider vinegar in her water is good too. I think it’s the acidity? Hope this helps! Good luck

You have her separated?
It's possible it was a mouse or could be that another quail pecked her head.
You will want to care for that wound a couple of times a day to make sure it's not getting infected or that flies are not laying eggs in it.

Yes, I have her in a pet carrier with a towel food and water and im going to keep her inside until she's healed.
