Quail head jerk, babies fine drinks, eats, screams when away from friends.

Currently 5 day old chick is doing this odd thing with its head where it turns slowly to it's one side then jerks back. It is the littlest of the group but acts like the rest of them. The baby has done it since we got it and it hasn't gotten worse or better. Also I'm having a small issue with a bully chick, it's been picking and chasing down the others in the cage, they have food, water, heat and plenty of space.

Please help I'm not sure what to do

I'm not sure about the neck symptoms, but it's normal for a chick to scream when it's separated from its friends. Can you post a video on YouTube then post a link here?

I can try recording it when I get home tonight. It might be getting better now but I'm not sure. We've checked over the chick and as far as we can tell everythings fine. It only happens when the baby stands still and appears to be some kind of neurological thing.
