Quail in Oregon

I am looking for quail in Oregon. I am curious if someone has jumbo Celedon quail. Do people even breed that? I am looking for local breeders. I am in Albany, Oregon.

I am in southern Oregon, and I have a few celadons, and I have some jumbos, but I do not have jumbo celadon. To be honest, I don't know of anyone who does.

How do you raise your quail? In cages or a coop like setup?

I keep mine in pens on the ground. I'm still working on their setup, but here is how I raise mine.

I see there are a bunch of sellers of celadon hatching eggs on ebay and Etsy. I didn't specifically see jumbo celadon but from the product images, the eggs look the same size as the jumbo coturnix.
