My quail are now 5 weeks old. Should I be giving them medication against common diseases?

Are your quail showing any symptoms of illness?
Can you post some photos of them?
Where are you located in the world?

Never medicate unless you have a positive diagnosis of the disease or illness.
The best preventive measures are strict biosecurity program and a complete and balance diet.

Dont let outside people see your birds, bleach your shoes, that sort of thing.

Ok thanks. They are in hutches with regular access to a run on concrete slabs. so I think that will be ok.
