yes yes make sure the poo falls out... otherwise it becomes encrusted on the wire
and when you make an attempt to clean it your quail will do a nice big wet one to put you off. So i been putting on news paper on the bottom for now... Until I build my second cage... They always tend to do nice wet ones on the tray when I change it.
