I used the poultry nipple for Jumbo Coturnix quail and it work just fine. They do waste about 1/2 of the water, but I don't have to deal with clean their water bowl every day. It also work for chick quail at about 10 days old.

That's what I use for mine as well. It is much cleaner than giving them a regular waterer. They figured it out right away.

You can also get them from Ebay. Just avoid the super flow model.
