I've Looked At The Diy pluckers on YouTube, And Was Wondering What The Straps Were That They Are Using...? Anyone Here Build Their Own Pluckers for Quail?

Normally, I would suggest you check out Instructables and search their site, but I just checked for a chicken plucker (or feather plucker) and they didn't have anything listed.
On that U-toob video, the person who put up the video is listed, so you could possibly email them and ask what it is they are using. As for me, I will be skinning my birds when they reach the proper size.
