Quail problems

This quail was brought to life very late last night but has thankfully survived but it won’t move the leg at the front. The knee joint is swollen and most of the time it’s lying on its back.
Any suggestions what I can do

Could the joint have broken

Can you put it in a mini sling, maybe elevate somehow in a cup to get weight off the leg and to get it off its back?
