Quail question

Would it be wise if I moved my quail to a different pen if they have nests in the one they're in? But I don't think they are gonna lay anytime soon.

What exactly are you worried will happen if you move them? Just asking since I didn't think coturnix quail really made their own nests. But what kind of quail do you have?

I'm worried they by me changing there environment they won't rebuild a nest. And I got bobwhites

I'm sure they would rebuild eventually once they got settled in and comfortable in the new pen, just not sure how long that would take.
