Since so many of us have quail now, I did a BYC search and only came up with a couple recipes. My mouth is drooling and I have a bunch of quails nearing culling age. I searched recipes online and, being the inexperienced cook I am, they don't give me enough information on how to prepare the quail prior to cooking it (ie leave whole, debone, pieces, etc.) So...those of you who have already experienced this, please share your recipes!!
This is simple but I do love it. Split the bird season with salt, pepper, & garlic powder, and deep fry for just a few min or until golden brown. O-yea
