Quail sun needs

Hi there.

Quick question... do quail need direct sunlight or will they be able to go without it?

My outdoor aviary only gets a few hours of direct sunlight per day as the it's located south of the house.
The plants love it, but I'm worried the birds might need more sunlight.

They will enjoy sunning themselves but they don't need direct light all day long. They should be fine.
