Another thing is I let the reservoir go completely empty before refilling. Leaving water in tubing and creating an air bubble between fresh water and old water helps push out all older water.. and my water supplies have always exited the bottom of my reservoir so I can clean out in place, I know people say 2 inches up the side of a bucket and drill hole to connect fitting to tubing, but that leaves 2 inches of old water in bottom of bucket.. don’t make sense to me.. I have really zero problems over the years.. I will disconnect supply lines from cups/nipples and purge the complete system with diluted bleach water.. usually at the end of summer.. I have 3 seperate systems at 3 different locations and they are all identical to this one.. this is my newest spot, closest to the house.. so I got some pictures
