Quail with lump on head?

I am concerned about my coturnix quail. She lives in the bottom of my aviary with four other quails; three are her daughters who she's just finished raising, one is a rescue I introduced yesterday. They are all girls (only one I'm not 100% sure about). I just noticed however that she has a lump on her head. The head is still covered with feathers. She is acting normal; she's eating, drinking, dust bathing, laying eggs. Should I be concerned?

Hmmmm is it hard or are the feathers just up? Could be the new person is pecking/getting pecked

It is hard. She is the boss in the aviary so I doubt anyone is pecking her.
