Quail with split skin next to swollen crop.

Yeah I gave it water all day and no food and didn’t empty. The crop is firm but not hard can push on it a little. No better this morning either.
It must have eaten the bedding
Why are quail babies so stupid, I don’t want to put this one down too.

Does it seem distressed?
Has it pooped at all?
I would probably try giving it a little coconut oil to see if that may help.
S/he's so tiny, a crop issue is a challenge for sure.
