3 times is enough. I wouldn't turn them more than 3 times a day because you lose heat and humidity everytime you open the bator.

Try searching the forum for that information. I have personally shared it around half a million times. I'm not trying to be rude just enabling you to better answer simple questions. BYC archives are full of excellent information just sitting there mildewing because people start new threads rather than research old ones. If you search and still can't find the answer or want to be sure it's correct let me know.

Hi there! Just wanna know if it's normal when quails are pecking their own feathers? Like feathers under their wings or the feathers on their chests?

They probably have mites, sevin dust in their dust pan will solve that.

From that picture I can't even tell if they are valleys, gambels, or just scraggly bobwhites.
