Quarantine question

So my new girls I received yesterday their setup is basically when they are locked up they are here

During the day they get put outside in a run which my hens have access to shown below is this a problem? Keep in mind these birds are from a friend's flock who is extremely healthy.

If you were intending to do biological quarantine, it's not quarantine at all if they're in the same area or access the same area. You're doing integration, not quarantine.
