I donno, I know there are cases of strain in birth but I haven't personally known someone with it really (SIL did have some issues but I wasn't there and not like she'd talk to ME about it anyways) so I can't say for sure.

I hope it's all hot air, but if it's not I'll hope for safe surgery and fast healing.
