Question about a small chick?

One of my black australorps is like that ,they were born on july 10 and she eats good and drinks but is half the size of the other ones , she seems healthy and is really friendly ( she will jump up on my lap 1st and loves to sit on my shoulder while I clean and feed them)
Maybe I should start feeding her yolks.
my hubby says she looks like a raven sitting on my shoulder, she is just too sweet

I have 2 speckled sussex pullets raising together w/3 GLW. (And these 5 are being raised w/10 others, 16 and 11 week old of various breeds) One of the SS is about 1/3 the size of her sister, who is about 1/3 the size of the GLW. She is feisty and keeps up with everyone. They are currently about 8 weeks old. I haven't really treated her any differently. She has always eaten well, kept up w/others, etc. She regularly free ranges with one of the much bigger GLW. The extra egg yolks won't her (or any of the other chicks). If she is being pushed away from the food or bullied, separate her from the others, for sure. But as long as she is eating and acting ok, I wouldn't be too concerned. I was also told by a poultry husbandry graduate that even though we ordered from a hatchery, it's possible we may have been given a banty. Either way, she's doing great!

OK big question, my little girl crop is very very full, man this little girl is a hand full!!!
What do i do about this, she still wants to eat not sure if that is ok.

Ok I've been doing some olive oil and that has helped alot it gone down by about 3/4 or so now

Sounds like what used to be called a runt, maybe a genetic problem, maybe a failure to thrive sort of problem. Sometimes they grow up fine, maybe a smaller size than others, and sometimes the don't make it.

Main thing is to make sure it gets all the feed and water it wants. The bigger chicks often tend to bully a small one away from food and water. Sometime the solution is to separate it along with another smaller chick for at least a few days, to be sure they get plenty to eat. Some people make two brooders, one for the slow ones, one for the rest.

She does so look like a runt that what i think when i look at her, she half or less the size of her hatch mates. they don't seem to bully her at all, i think she get plenty plenty to eat, when i gave yogurt this morning she was well right in the middle on the plate, her sister barred rock was the one not eating with the other she wanted to scratch, but she big I'm not worried about her at all.
I hope she does grow up and is fine, even if she stay's small, i just want her to be happy.

Well my little lady I do believe was eating bedding (rice wholes) which might be why she small not sure but it was for sure why her crop was to full. I’ve change them to shredded paper that we had on hand.
Do you think she would be ok with the pine bedding, I’ll stick with the paper for awhile but I do want to us pine soon.
There no worry about her getting food, I think she might be kind of up in the pecking order odd as that seems. When I give yogurt or apple sauce she is the first one to it and stand right in the middle it’s her sister barred rock who does not ever seem to eat much or the treat, but she big so I’m not worried about her I but I do wish she would get in on it a little. Just figured I would give and update

I had a runt in a batch of chicks. She is still smaller than the rest but doing ok. She is 2½ yrs old now.
