@blackdog043 do you have an article showing how you built your MHP?I use the Mama heat pad instead of a heat lamp.
No I do not, something else for my to do list.@blackdog043 do you have an article showing how you built your MHP?
I really like this idea. How is it that you can put in and remove the panel?? How does it stay upright without being built in?I brood in the coop, in sight of the adult flock, and begin integration at three weeks....it works similar to the natural integration of chicks raised by a hen in the flock.

This panel hangs from the poop board, creating my brooder space....when not needed the panel stores away and the space is just part of the coop
There are two "hooks" made of metal strapping that hang over the lip of the poop board....the panel then fits just right between the boards of the coop on either side. I'll see if I have clear photos of thatI really like this idea. How is it that you can put in and remove the panel?? How does it stay upright without being built in?
Using deck or drywall screws makes things pretty easy...my whole chick wall is held with 8 screws, takes maybe a half an hour to put it up or take it down. How does it stay upright without being built in?
My partitions are temporarily held in place by 3 screws... 1 at top and either side.I really like this idea. How is it that you can put in and remove the panel?? How does it stay upright without being built in?
