Question About Imprinting

Sorry if this has been posted before but does it matter what age the duckling imprints on you? For example if a duckling was 3 days old would their imprint on you be weaker? Thanks in advance.

Any time in first few days.

Really depends on the duck and where it came from. Having them from hatch is best of course, but at a week old it would still be possible if you spend alot of time with them and don't try to force it. That just scares them off. If you slowly and gently work at it, just be near them alot and let them come to you for treats and things, you can gain the trust of most any duck. The younger, the better.
