question about moving out of state and your flock

Hi,

I have a similar questions but it's regarding quails. I live in California and have raised some Valley Quail from chicks. This summer I will be moving to Mississipi/Alabama area and was wandering if there's any regulations to taking my valley quail with me to a different state. I hatched and raised them, and I would hate to leave my little friends behind. If any can help me, I would be very appreciative.
