Question about NPIP?UPDATE____bad news!!!!!!!!!!!

    Quote:NPIP is the National Poultry Improvement Program. I believe if you are going for the certification, they check your bio-security practices and test the flock. After that they usually periodically check a percentage of the flock. If you are hatching eggs, they test the dander from the hatcher. After you are certified, you can only accquire birds from NPIP sources, and can not hatch eggs from a non NPIP flock.

    I am really sorry to hear about the positive test... I would be heart broken.
