Question about something weird my roo is doing

One of my roos is being mean to the other chickens in the coop. I caught him running up behind them and plucking some feathers right above there tail and then he eats them. I thought it was not a common thing so today after i seen him do it a few times i went in the coop and looked where he was pulling the feathers and i see a raw tiny spot on one and on the other i seen where he is ripping the feathers out . I got so mad i put him in another cage and im gonna try to sell him tomorrow . Has anyone heard of this ? or can think of why he would do this? Here is a picture of him .

Feather picking is not that unusual. It may be a dominance gesture since he is a roo. It may be he needs more space or more protein in his diet.

Ok thank you his coop is really big . it must be the other thing he always loved eating feathers . i'll go to where i bought him and see what she has . Thank you so much
