Question about too many eggs

I am lucky if my hen lays more than 2-3 eggs a week

Trust me, if your ducks weren't laying it might be more serious. As mentioned there's no cause for worry and trust me if they're laying once daily it's normal.
In the meantime, make a frittata!

Oh we eat 'em. Eggs for breakfast, ice cream, angel food cake, buttermilk pie. I'm starting to be shaped like an egg. My neighbors, friends, family and co-workers all run when they see me coming with the eggs.
