My adorable baby ducks seem to peep a lot when I leave the room...wondering if they will grow out of it or what....I don't really mind but they sound so sad (awwww)

They do quiet down after a minute or two, but not before they make "mom" feel bad lol!
I'm not rewarding it by going back to them just cause they are peeping....but is this a common duck thing?? My chicks (which are in a brooder next to the ducks) don't do it so just wondering......

Haha, this is perfectly normal! You've made an imprint on them and they officially view you as momma!
When they grow older this will become a blessing! They will be very obedient and follow you everywhere you go, haha!

Oh good! They are so sweet and guess I am an official duck momma now ---yay!!!!

I love the sideways, one-eyed glance they give me and how they get all excited (happy, excited peeps) when they know I have a treat for them. I never knew that ducks were so cute before I got mine!

Here's pics of my baby duckies Stormy & Slpash (I know...real original names hahaha!)

That's sooo cute! Boy I can't wait for that hahahahaha!
Sometimes I can hear them start that kind of constant peeping from another room cause they think they hear me coming.....it's the cutest thing ever!

My 8 day old does that too. I take Pogo out for a little walk in the garden for a few minutes each day and Pogo sticks to my heels like glue!
